Production Reservation terms

Basically Technologies LLC sells the Sorter Production Reservation on basically.website. These terms apply when you reserve.

Your reservation

$10 saves a place for one Sorter and gives you:

• Priority production allocation and shipping, in reservation order within your region, when you buy a Sorter.
• Access to early bird pricing, deals, or rewards before public sales open.

The reservation is not a Sorter order and does not commit you to buying one. The $10 pays for the reservation; it is not deducted from a later purchase. The Sorter is purchased separately under the terms presented when you order.

Sales may take place through our own website or a third-party platform. We will email you where and how to order. Your reservation benefits apply whichever platform we use.

Your reservation belongs to the email address used at checkout. Contact us if that address changes. You must be at least 18 to reserve.

When an offer opens

We email you the offer, eligible shipping destinations, and how long you have to buy. Buy during that window to use your priority for that run. If you skip it, your reservation stays active for a later run. There is no reservation expiry date.

Reservations are open internationally. This does not guarantee that we can ship a Sorter to your country. If we cannot serve your destination, you can keep waiting or request a full refund.

The Sorter's final price has not been announced. Shipment dates are estimates and the design may change before production. We will confirm the product, price, shipping costs, and destinations before you decide to buy.

Refunds

Want your money back? Email contact@basically.website from the address you reserved with. You can request a full refund at any time. Refunding an unused reservation ends its place in line and early access. It does not cancel a separate Sorter purchase.

We initiate refunds within 7 business days. Your bank may take up to 10 more business days to show the refund. We refund the original payment method where possible; if that fails, we arrange another way to repay you. We do not deduct processing fees from your refund.

We do not automatically refund a reservation when sales open. An unused reservation stays active. If we discontinue the reservation program or cannot honor your reservation, we refund it in full. Any money we are legally required to return or report as unclaimed funds is handled as required by law.

Your rights

We will email you about changes that affect your reservation. Changes will not take away your refund right or move you back in line. These terms are governed by New York law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
