We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unassembled, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
You may cancel your order at any time before your unit ships for a full refund. Refunds for pre-order cancellations are processed within 5–7 business days of your request.
If your kit arrives with damaged or missing parts, contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos and a description. We will ship replacement parts at no cost to you. We reserve the right to send replacement parts rather than a complete replacement unit where appropriate.
We provide a 90-day warranty on electronics from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. Please consult the online documentation for your product before contacting us with a warranty claim. You must assist in diagnosing issues before a warranty claim can be processed.
Normal wear and tear on mechanical and consumable parts is expected and not covered.
If the ship date slips more than 90 days beyond the stated estimate, you may cancel your order for a full refund.
