Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases from Basically Technologies LLC through basically.website and its Shopify checkout.

What you are buying

The product page and checkout describe the item, price, currency, availability, and any shipping charges or taxes collected. Payment is taken at checkout. Electronic boards and kits require the assembly and technical knowledge described on their product pages; follow the documentation for safe use.

The Production Reservation terms apply to Sorter reservations. A reservation is not an order for the Sorter. The Sorter will be purchased separately under the terms presented when you order.

Shipping, cancellations, and returns

Our shipping policy and refund policy form part of these terms. You can cancel a physical order before it ships. Reservation refunds are available on request at any time.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund it. A later change to our prices or terms does not change an order you have already placed.

Your rights

These terms are governed by New York law without limiting mandatory consumer rights where you live. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms still apply.
