Our terms of sale, refund policy, and shipping policy apply to purchases. Sorter reservations also have reservation terms.

Information and privacy

We aim to keep the site accurate and correct errors when we find them. Product plans and estimates can change; a change does not remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Our privacy policy explains how we use personal information. External sales platforms have their own terms.

Governing law

New York law governs these terms without limiting mandatory consumer rights where you live. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms still apply. Updates apply to future use and do not retroactively remove purchase or refund rights.
