The Sorter Dev Kit is a large item. Specific carrier and packaging details will be communicated when your order ships. We reserve the right to change the carrier used to ship your order at any time, provided the service is comparable.
If you need to change your delivery address, contact us before your order has been dispatched and we will do our best to accommodate the change.
You will receive a tracking link when your order ships.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please reject it from the courier if possible and contact us immediately. If the parcel was delivered without you present, contact us at [email protected] with photos and a description. We will process a replacement or refund once the carrier has completed their investigation.
If delivery time has exceeded the expected window, contact us at [email protected] and we will open an investigation with the carrier. We will process a replacement or refund once the carrier has deemed the parcel lost.
