Reservations

A Production Reservation is delivered by email and has no shipping charge. It is not an order for a physical Sorter. Sorter shipping destinations, costs, and timing will be stated before the separate purchase.

Physical products

Available destinations, shipping services, and charges are shown at checkout. The product page states any estimated dispatch timing. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

We send tracking information when your order ships. If there is a material dispatch delay, we will contact you with the revised estimate and your cancellation options. You can cancel before dispatch for a full refund.

Any import duties or taxes not collected at checkout are your responsibility, where applicable. They are separate from shipping charges.

Help with a shipment

For an address change, contact contact@basically.website before dispatch. If a parcel is lost, damaged, or missing items, contact us with the order number so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund. You do not need to resolve it with the carrier yourself.
